Our team consists of Three Full Time Professional Home Inspectors as well as a full time office manager to assist you in the entire process.

How is Private Eye Home Inspections Different from Many of Our Competitors?

• We provide the PDF report to you the same day, and it incorporates colour photos complete with detailed comments throughout. We also strongly recommend that you, the potential purchaser or seller, follow our inspectors around for the entire inspection. This way you can see what we see and hear what we say, and clearly understand all the facets of the home. We encourage you to ask any questions right there and then.
• Weather permitting we use Hi-Definition drones to take pictures of difficult to reach areas so that every effort is made to inspected the entire exterior of the home.
• Moisture metres are used on all inspections to spot check high risk areas. 

• We point out major shut off mechanisms within the home.

• We test appliances that are included in the transaction.
